Our mission is to deliver an amazing two-week leadership and entrepreneurship programme for teens in the stunning setting of Crans Montana in Switzerland, combining adventurous outdoor activities with real-world learning experiences. We are committed to instill a drive for innovation, personal growth, and global citizenship in students, empowering them to tackle 21st-century challenges through hands-on skills development and cross-cultural collaboration.

We are SILC Academy.
A distinguished leader in 21st-century-skills development with over a decade of experience in the education sector. Throughout the years, we have developed a profound expertise in teaching leadership skills to students from the most esteemed schools around the world, all while delivering dynamic and engaging learning experiences. We seamlessly blend education with fun and adventures, firmly believing that experiential learning is the most authentic form of education. This philosophy drives us to continuously refine our bespoke curriculum.
As proud members and delegates of prestigious international school organisations and councils such as BSME, ECIS, and NESA, we take great pride in collaborating with students from some of the world’s most esteemed schools.
Drawing on the wealth of knowledge and expertise accumulated over the years, we are excited to introduce our latest initiative: the Swiss Teen Summit. In this extraordinary, exclusive, and purpose-driven summer adventure, students broaden their horizons through unique outdoor experiences and real world learning, collaborating with premier Swiss organisations, entrepreneurs, hoteliers, watchmakers, artists, among others.

Operating multiple summer camps in Switzerland and France for many years, means that we have a deep understanding and experience teaching 21st-century leadership skills. Switching from admissions to facilitating adventures, our trainers make the camps happen, with using their skills and education to inspire and teach real-world learning experiences.

Helena | Camp Manager
Helena holds a Master’s in Outdoor Sports and Lifestyle Management and has 20 years of experience working with students worldwide. As SILC’s Camp Manager, she oversees operations and designs tailored outdoor programs.
Christina | Camp Trainer
Christina is a specialist in Special and Adapted Physical Education with a BSc in Physical Education and an MSc in Special Education. She has extensive experience in inclusive education, outdoor learning, and recreational training.
Nicolas | Community Manager
Nicolas has worked in various education settings. This extensive experience has allowed him to engage with diverse learning environments and age groups. At SILC, he has been designing innovative educational experiences for students.
Konstantina | Camp Trainer
Konstantina is an educator and researcher with a background in Primary and Adult Education, currently pursuing a PhD at Charles University. With international teaching experience and expertise in innovative learning methods, she brings a global perspective to education.
Giota | Camp Trainer
Giota is a highly qualified educator with degrees in Philology, Drama, and Creative Writing. With experience in leading cultural and academic institutions, she designs and facilitates innovative educational programs.
Stella | Camp Trainer
Stella is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management in Lausanne. Her professional experience includes coaching both beach volleyball and indoor volleyball and contributing to the Paris Olympics and Paralympics.

Offering a distinctive blend of passionate, dedicated, and extensively experienced professionals, our senior training team has had the privilege of working with a remarkable group of individuals, teams, and organisations, including aspiring management trainees, executive managers, professional student athletes, as well as middle and high school students from some of the world’s leading educational institutions.
A Diverse Team
The Swiss Teen Summit is led by one of our experienced camp managers, who ensures that all staff carry out their responsibilities with the highest professionalism and commitment. In addition to that, we also have a dedicated operations manager who guarantees that all activities and service providers meet our high standards. Next to that, our team of trainers, with expertise in various real life domains, inspire students in ways that last a lifetime. Our core team of senior trainers includes musicians, filmmakers, project managers, directors, marketers, media trainers, educators, entrepreneurs, ski instructors, nutritionists, drama teachers, actors, photographers, mountain guides, and outdoor enthusiasts.
