  • Passport Information: Passport validity date and number (only when enrolment form has been completed).

  • Other Information: T-shirt size (only when enrolment form has been completed).

  • Registration Data: Details required for camp registration.

  • Payment Information: Data required for processing payments (only when enrolment form has been completed).

  • Health Information: Details relevant to the safety and well-being of campers (only when enrolment form has been completed).

  • Communications Data: Information shared via WhatsApp, YouTube, Calendly (for Zoom meetings), and Instagram (only when explicitly the visitor has requested and/or contacted us via the given channels)

2. How We Collect Data

We collect personal data through various methods:

  • Online Forms: Registration forms, Contact forms.

  • Direct Communications: Data submitted through WhatsApp, YouTube, and Instagram.

  • Calendly: Data collected for scheduling Zoom meetings.

  • Tracking Technologies: Cookies, analytics, and third-party tracking services (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).

We collect personal information for the following purposes:

  • Registration and Enrolment: To manage camp registration and participation.

  • Payment Processing: To facilitate payments for camp fees.

  • Consent: To ensure the excellent understanding of participants and their families prior to the camp participation.

We retain personal data for a period of two years unless otherwise required by law. Where such personal data is not required or allowed to be retained by law, such personal data will be destroyed as soon as the personal data are no longer required to fulfil the relevant purpose. All practicable and reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that personal data held by us is accurate.
